Privacy

Cognitive Copilot is a single-user personal project. It has one user: its owner. It is not offered to the public and has no accounts to create.

What it handles

• Audio recorded by the owner's own glasses during sessions he starts, and the text transcribed from it.
• Notes, questions and documents the owner adds himself.
• With the owner's Google permission: his own calendar events, Gmail messages, Google Drive files and Google Tasks, used only to prepare his briefing and class material.

Where it goes

• Stored in the owner's own database and private repository.
• Sent to speech-to-text and language-model providers strictly to produce the owner's transcripts and answers.
• Never sold, never used for advertising, never shared with anyone else, and never used to train models.

Other people in the room

Recordings can contain other people's voices. The owner is responsible for following the rules of the room he is in. On request, any recording, transcript or note can be deleted permanently.

Keeping and deleting

Data is kept until the owner deletes it. Google access can be withdrawn at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which immediately ends this app's access.
